VAC was founded by two young Latin American entrepreneurs looking to innovate in a 300-year-old industry. It all started with engineer and coffee lover Eduardo starts experimenting with brewing coffee with a vacuum pump. He fell in love with the deep and rich coffee flavor brewed through negative pressure, so he set out to design the VacOne Air Brewer - the world's first electric vacuum coffee machine. VacOne features VacTec® Technology, a patent-pending brewing technology that uses air to produce sweeter, more balanced hot and cold coffee in just 4 minutes.

Later in the company's development, Eduardo was joined by Otto, whose family has been involved in coffee farming for the fifth generation. Otto and Eduardo share a vision of innovating in the coffee industry, but unique to origin. We bring centuries of knowledge from two major coffee producing countries, Colombia and Guatemala, to provide you with superior brewing methods so you can create the perfect cup of coffee at home.
