Marvin Bonilla, the owner of the coffee estate, took over the family business and now lives in the province of Candelaria Lempira, where he has devoted himself to coffee cultivation for many years.
The total land area between coffee plantations, pastures and forest areas is 50 square kilometers. There are currently 15 coffee varieties planted, including Lempira, Ihcafe-90 and Catuaí varieties. The harvest of shelled coffee in the 2019-2020 production season last year reached 66 metric tons, this year's 2020-2021 season estimated harvest of shelled coffee is 45 metric tons.
