  • Shipping method
    1. 5kg vacuum packaging order, the order is completed before 3:00 pm on the same day and the payment is confirmed, and the shipment will be the next day. If the order is placed after 3:00 pm on the same day, the shipment will be postponed to the next working day. If the product is out of stock, we will have someone call to inform you of the delivery time. If the product is sold out, please refer to point 6 of this paragraph.

    2. At present, ERGOS uses electronic invoices for all channels. The electronic invoice has the same effect as the physical invoice. After the invoice is issued, you can check the invoice at the email you provided when ordering, download and print the electronic invoice certificate (for reimbursement), saving you the time to wait for the invoice to be mailed later.

    3. If you need a three-part paper invoice or other special needs (eg, specify the delivery time, need to ask for a paper invoice... etc.), please fill in the box at the bottom of the "Shopping Cart" page. Those who do not specify will be issued a double electronic invoice, if not informed in advance, the invoice will not be reissued.

    4. If you do not receive the shipment as scheduled, please contact us! Thanks!

    5. The delivery schedule is mainly based on the arrangement of the freight company. If you want to ship a large amount of goods, the shipment will be delayed. Please forgive me.

    6. Because coffee is a seasonal commodity, and we try our best to provide fresh coffee, the quantity of coffee for each item is limited. If the product is out of stock, ERGOS will recommend other similar items according to your choice, or refund your payment and cancel the order within 7 working days. Please note that ERGOS is not responsible for any costs incurred by customers due to product out-of-stock.

        1. The price is quoted in New Taiwan dollars per kilogram (including tax and Taiwan domestic shipping fee).

        2. If the single order amount is under NTD10,000, payment must be made first, and shipment will be arranged after confirmation.

        3. Orders confirmed to receive payment before 3:00 pm on the same day will be shipped the next day.

        4. After completing the remittance, please use LINE, Wechat, email and other methods with text recording functions to provide the last 5 digits of the account number, the amount of the payment, and the date and time of the remittance, so as to confirm the payment into the account. (Those who have not returned will not be accepted)

            1. All shipments are completed under the quality management of ERGOS, but if the packaging or goods are accidentally damaged during the delivery process, please contact ERGOS within 7 working days of receiving the goods, and let us help you as soon as possible Provide services.

            2. If you have any doubts about the quality of coffee, please provide the electronic file including photos, cooked beans, remaining green beans and original packaging within 7 working days after receiving the product to facilitate the return process.

            • return procedure
              1. If you have any questions about the quality of the coffee, please send a letter to the following mailbox within 7 working days after receiving the product:, return the reason for the return, and provide information including [Roasted beans], [Remaining Raw beans] and [Original packaging] photo electronic file, in order to facilitate the return process.

              2. ERGOS will send a logistics provider to your delivery address to pick up the package, and please use the original ERGOS packaging and deliver it to the receiver together with the product.

              3. After ERGOS receives and confirms your returned goods, it will notify you of the relevant follow-up processing within 5 working days (replacement, refund, overpayment)

                (Remarks: The minimum amount of green beans that can be returned is 4 KG. If you have roasted more than 1 KG of green beans, you will not accept returns! Based on the services of Taiwan’s logistics companies and the limitation of packaging costs; if there is a collision during delivery Qi, it does not affect the quality, it must be used as a reason to request a return, please accept it before placing an order)

              4. If you need to return the product due to personal factors, you will be charged the return shipping fee and remittance fee, or you can arrange the shipping back by yourself.
