Manor Introduction

Einhert Manor is located in the amazing coffee-producing area of ​​Huaiweitango, with steep peaks and narrow valleys, receiving warm hot wind from the adjacent lowland valleys of Mexico, which warms the mountainside , allowing coffee to be grown at such high altitudes, which is normally not possible at such northern latitudes. Einhert Manor has quickly become a world legend for its coffee quality, and has won a total of 28 awards in the Cup Of Excellence competition, far more than other manors in the world.

Every year the Aguirre family continues to improve the quality of their estate's production. They pay attention to all the details of the whole process, including the floating flow of coffee cherries, fermentation, steeping, drying, proper storage, and their own drying processing plant.
Each Nativo batch is set in a fermenter for 36 to 48 hours, then moved out to sun dry on the patio for around seven days or the equivalent of 70 hours of sun. After at least 45 days of rest, professional cuppers will take samples from them for tasting evaluation. The selected batch of NATIVO comes from the oldest coffee garden in Einhert Manor, which is a mixture of Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai trees that are more than 40 years old. The old style, classic varieties, and the careful care of the three generations of the manor endow this batch with a coffee flavor that is as delicate as red wine, rich in layers, and sweet and fruity.
